The Common Ledger MYOB desktop connector will auto update if you use version 3.0.8 or above. When using the desktop connector, you may be prompted with the below error message:
Update to vX.X.X failed!
This error indicates that the auto-update has failed. This is due to administrator rights being required to allow the software to update.
To resolve the error and complete the update, exit the desktop connector from your system tray, then have your system administrator log into where the connector is installed and re-open it. This will trigger the auto-update.
