This error occurs when attempting to connect the MYOB desktop connector to a version of MYOB which is not compatible with the connector.

To resolve this issue, upgrade your version of MYOB to one of the below versions:

MYOB AccountRight version 17  MYOB AccountRight version 18  MYOB AccountRight version 19  MYOB AccountRight version 19.13  MYOB AccountRight version 2014  MYOB AccountRight version 2015  MYOB AccountRight version 2016 or 2016.3

Error message: “Common Ledger is only compatible with with MYOB AccountRight files version 2014 and above. Please upgrade your file and try again. For more information please contact Support.”
