This error message occurs when attempting to add a file to the Common Ledger desktop connector which has not been added to your MYOB AccountRight library. This error will only affect MYOB AccountRight files from version 2014 or above.

To resolve this issue, add the company file to MYOB by simply opening the company file. This will by default add it to the MYOB library.
