Follow these steps to download a Chart of Accounts from XPA
Step 1: Delete inactive accounts in XPA (Optional)
Go to Chart, then click Chart
click Delete Inactive
Notes: The "delete inactive accounts" in XPA only delete accounts with no sub-accounts. If you want to delete inactive accounts (i.e.farming accounts) from XPA, you need to delete all the sub-accounts under the account first.
Step 2: Download Chart of Accounts
1. Go to Chart, then to Print Chart
2. Make sure you Include SubAccounts
3. Click the “Send to Data Sheet” icon next to the small floppy disk icon
4. Click the Export to Excel button
5. The chart will then open in Excel
6. Save the Excel file onto your computer
