The MYOB desktop file grab feature allows you to retrieve your clients’ desktop based MYOB files in-app.

Once a client has connected their MYOB file it will automatically upload to Common Ledger and be available for you to download:

Each time the file syncs in the desktop connector, the downloadable file will update to reflect any new data. The downloadable MYOB file will always align with the data available in Common Ledger.

If the file is password protected, you will need to retrieve the login credentials from your client before you can open the file in MYOB. Also, please note that the connection must be created on your client's system to retrieve their data, not your own system.
