Overview:

The Common Ledger dashboard is the first page you will see once you log into Common Ledger. It provides you with several functions and is where you will have access to all of your connected ledgers. Below is a screenshot of the dashboard before any ledgers are connected:

  1. “Create Connection” - this function allows you to connect cloud and desktop-based ledgers through the online application

  2. “Search Support” - by searching in this box you will be taken to our Knowledge Centre, where you can find articles and videos on how to use Common Ledger, as well as troubleshooting guides

  3. This is our chat function where you can send queries directly through to the support team

Once a ledger has been connected, the dashboard will change to show the list of all of your connected ledgers:

  1. This is a connected ledger; click on the ledger name to be taken to the ledger’s sync page

  2. The “new activity” column indicates whether there are any new journals which have been synced to Common Ledger since you last logged in and how many
