There may be times where you need to add another user to have access to a previously connected ledger. This may happen if there are two or three people needing to work on the data.
There currently isn't a function available to do this yourself. The way to add a new user to the connected ledger is to contact Support through our chat function - click on the speech bubble at the bottom right of the screen.
Note that the user to be added must have an active account. If they do not, have them create an account first.
The information to provide is:
The name of the ledger
The email address of the person to be added
We will let you know once they have been added and they will see the ledger on their dashboard
